From Lilia:
Blair is an incredible, kind, and compassionate pelvic floor therapist. It was obvious from our first meeting at the tail end of my pregnancy that she was knowledgeable and skilled in supporting pregnant people throughout their journey. Though I had an unexpected c-section, she was ready to work with me as soon as I was comfortable (and approved by doctor!) and was instrumental in my recovery. Blair felt more like a super knowledgable friend than just a practitioner, and it makes the whole process more comfortable. I would (and do) recommend her without reservation!

From Louise:
Blair was an understanding, empathetic, and non-judgemental partner in my journey. When we first met she told me I could see results in 6-8 weeks and I was skeptical, but I truly did! But perhaps as important as seeing results was feeling like I had a sounding board and a trustworthy clinician who didn't make unreasonable suggestions (eg don't drink water after 8pm, a real suggestion I got from another doctor) and approached real issues with humanity and humor. I feel very lucky that I became aware of Blair right at the same time I decided I needed to pursue pelvic floor therapy and I would enthusiastically recommend her!

From Anna:
I worked with Blair after the birth of my second baby but wish I had seen her after my first! I had been experiencing some prolapse issues and she was able to help me get back to pre-pregnancy life without leaks and back to having sex! She was skilled at explaining what was happening in my body, she just made it easy to understand and really helped me figure out how to fit doing the exercises into my daily routine. She also helped me with breastfeeding positions and breathing exercises which greatly reduced my back pain. I really appreciated that she took the time to let me know what to expect before my first visit and then sent me detailed notes and follow ups after each appointment. In addition to being effective in her work, Blair is a warm and patient person and I felt at ease with her immediately.

From Elaine:
Blair is a terrific pelvic floor specialist. She was extremely helpful to me as an older adult for my incontinence issues. Her diagnosis was thorough and right-on about me, and she is very compassionate and professional. Her advice was concrete and practical for my life. She is an expert not only about useful and doable physical exercises, but also about mind-body awareness habits to yield excellent and helpful results. I highly recommend her.

From Nadiya:
Blair was an amazing, kind, gentle support for me in my postpartum months. She is clearly an expert in pelvic floor health, but also someone who approaches the work with tons of empathy and patience. I loved that she came to me and followed up quickly after each session with recaps and next steps. Highly recommend!!

From Beth:
Blair entered my life by surprise. Healthy and active in retirement, I never thought “getting on” would affect my lifestyle much. Then incontinence pads became a regular purchase. I was nervous, uncomfortable, and embarrassed. I heard about pelvic floor therapy in exercise class and was immediately lucky in finding Blair. Kindly, sensitively, and clearly, with plenty of support material and humor, Blair taught me physical and mental practices which help me daily. My life is better. I can’t thank her or my good luck enough.

From shannon:
Pelvic floor therapy was long on my to-do list for years after two babies in 2017 and 2020. An opportunity to work with Blair came up and it was one of the best things to happen to me. I feel physically, mentally and emotionally stronger after therapy with Blair. She comes to your home which feels comfortable and convenient. She is gentle, thorough and sets you up to continue therapy independently with support when necessary. Highly recommend!!
